# Project Description The World Inside Teapot Duangnai Kitiyakara Na Ayudhaya Summary Final work My name is Duangnai “Warhw” Kitiyakara Na Ayudhaya. I am 19 years old and from Thailand. I love textile design because it allows me to be creative and work with patterns and textures. I enjoy drawing, weaving, and knitting, which help me express my ideas in unique ways. Next year, I will start studying for a BA in Textile Design at Central Saint Martins. I used teapots as an inspiration for my textile ideas. I studied teapot patterns from different parts of the world. I found it very interesting to see how one object could be made in many ways, using different materials and techniques by various groups of people from different cultures. I chose this topic because my grandmother loves collecting teapots from places she has travelled to, and I have been admiring her collection since I was young. I have been impressed by handcraft techniques and drawing pattern designs. I want to turn them into fashion textiles by using weave, knit and print technique. I also applied fun ideas and patterns such as teapot houses and teapots with floral designs, in my work.
