Hyper Patchwork is a research-led project that asks: How does digital reading influence the way knowledge is disseminated and consumed in the post-digital age? Using Patchwork Girl by Shelley Jackson as a starting point, five participants explored the work indirectly—through search engines, Wikipedia, AI, and other online tools. Their digital journeys were translated into a series of experimental publications, each visualising a unique learning path. The project uses publishing not just as a container, but as a critical act to reflect on how knowledge is fragmented, reassembled, and shaped by the systems we read within.
