This project is founded on the parable of the Good Samaritan, a story that highlights the moral significance of compassion towards our neighbours. Central to the narrative is the simple but profound act of offering help without obligation, an ethos that remains deeply relevant in contemporary society. A key visual in the parable, the donkey that carries the injured man to safety, serves as a symbolic starting point. Neighbours reinterprets this figure through the lens of urban transport, viewing the modern-day taxi as a mode of support, ordinary yet capable of care.

We exist for anyone facing mental health challenges, whether ongoing or in moments of acute difficulty. Many of those we reach are suffering in silence, unsure where to turn or how to begin. For them, we are a service driven by love, built to meet people where they are, without judgement, and offer genuine care, one journey at a time. This charity has open arms to whoever, regardless of age, gender, nationality, identity, as love should be extended to all.
