The collection explores fashion as a tool for critiquing workplace discrimination faced by women. The collection examines power imbalances and the discomfort that is present in the workplace, translating women’s experiences of bias and gendered scrutiny into subversion through subtly distorted forms. Using exaggerated proportions, poetic deconstruction, and sculptural femininity, the designs expose invisible pressures, bring neglected issues to light, and reclaim femininity as a force of resistance and empowerment. The collection aims to confront hidden struggles and provoke dialogue around gender, power, and equality.
