This project celebrates the freedom of speech and proposes a space for discussion and debate, owned and run m-by people. It is where people can be loud so the main part of the design is the sunken auditorium where debating would happen. Two main materials used are Brick and Paper. I took my concept inspiration from the movements of paper and combined the organic shapes of the paper with the stiffness of brick. This building is designed to be fully accessible by all demographics in order to avoid the overwhelming feeling of debate spaces we currently have. Other than that I provide a newly landscaped area around my building which people can actually access alongside the green roofs which are accessible as well.
