# Project Description Peace Pocket Bea Carlton-Smith Summary Final work College School of Pre-Degree Studies Course UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Graduation year 2025 My project explores how physical objects can support mental health and wellness. Research into the rising mental health crisis in the UK highlighted the need for more accessible, tangible tools. I identified a gap in physical aids within this space. My outcome is a mental health kit designed for daily routines. It includes a visual breathwork guide and an essential oil holder that encourages mindful pauses. All elements are housed in a magnetically connected holder that can also transform into a tray, emphasising flexibility and ease of use in different environments.
