My project explores how physical objects can support mental health and wellness. Research into the rising mental health crisis in the UK highlighted the need for more accessible, tangible tools. I identified a gap in physical aids within this space. My outcome is a mental health kit designed for daily routines. It includes a visual breathwork guide and an essential oil holder that encourages mindful pauses. All elements are housed in a magnetically connected holder that can also transform into a tray, emphasising flexibility and ease of use in different environments.
