Dancing Identities is a continuing project exploring identity within the Northern Soul Dancefloor. The series is an ink monoprint of the dancefloor mapping the steps and movements of Shaafi Parvez through gestural mark making and dance. The prints are hand framed on a tray frame using scrap floor board to resemble a polished wood dancefloor.
