"How can a publication effectively instigate a sense of play and creativity, and a space of rest and rejuvenation, for the working adult?"

My intention for this book is to help support creativity and silly play in adults, in a screen-free way. 

I found that in today’s world “play” is only really catered to children. Given the state of the world now, I felt a play was exactly what was missing for adults. 

Historically, in times of social/political hardship we sought out play and joyful escape. Using it as an outlet, distraction, and tool to bring community together from the turmoil of the outside world. As a means to ground ourselves in something joyful, and alleviate a bit of the burden while the world moves on.
