"Your Coffee, An Agroforestry awareness" is an interactive video-based installation supported by a zine. The project explores how coffee consumption in the UK is connected to environmental issues such as deforestation and monocultural farming in the Amazon, and presents agroforestry as a sustainable alternative. The final video documents people interacting with a map-based table and watching a screen that plays contextual video content. It combines footage of participants' actions with the videos they are viewing, highlighting how their movements are linked to global issues. The zine complements the installation by presenting a pluriversal design framework, focused on interconnected principles such as Ontological Design, Post-Human Perspective, Circularity, and Decolonial Thinking, and connects these ideas to real-world practices like agroforestry.

Your Coffee. An Agroforestry awareness

Your Coffee: An Agroforestry Awareness Installation" is an interactive experience that bridges the gap between daily coffee consumption in the UK and environmental issues such as deforestation and monocultural farming in the Amazon. Through a map-based table and contextual video content, the installation engages participants and highlights the interconnectedness of personal habits and global ecological impacts. It also introduces agroforestry as a sustainable alternative to conventional farming—demonstrating how integrated, tree-based agricultural systems can help preserve biodiversity, restore ecosystems, and promote more ethical coffee production
