A narrative mixed medium photo series on my exploration of migration interpreted through a pre - colonial Cambodian folktale titled, "Kvak and Kven" from the gatiloke. Capturing the intricacy of connection between international students, fleeing to lands unknown who yearn for a new beginning. Highlighting the multitude of storytelling through dynamic posing and the bond of two unlikely characters who share the common act of leaving. Heat pressed sublimation textile print on a handmade tapestry that can be passed onto further generations.
