This project examines an interpersonal state I see repeatedly: we share the same room but never quite reach one another. Togetherness here is not affective initiative but structural arrangement—co-habitation, cooperation and social tasks arrange us together. We are mutually visible, yet emotionally out of range.

Space functions as a viewing device: tiled grids, circular apertures, corners and benches discipline bodies into displayable units. I choreograph low-intensity, non-teleological gestures and use collaged/pixelated layering to interrupt continuity, so the image feels screen-stitched and compressed—appearing together while remaining apart.

Rather than narrate, the work exposes a familiar pressure of distance: people are present, yet no one truly arrives.
