About

My work begins with people—their needs, their environments, and the connections that matter most. I design for health and wellbeing, creating interventions that blend empathy, research, and practical usability. Through co-design and evidence-based practice, I aim to deliver solutions that enable independence and enhance quality of life.

A core focus of my practice is innovating preventative healthcare, particularly in musculoskeletal health and advocating active lifestyles. Recent work includes Steppy, a modular balance training tool developed to reduce fall risk and support healthy ageing. This project reflects my commitment to transforming research into accessible, user-driven tools that help people stay active, confident, and connected.
